The following documents should be attached with the Admission Form:-
(a) Birth Certificate issued by a Competent Authority
(b) Transfer Certificate (TC) from the Institution last attended, which should indicate the Date of Birth and Counter Signed by the District Education Officer, etc..
(c) Mark Sheet of the last Examination Passed
(d) Two Black and White passport size photographs
